Step 1: Book and Pick a Size

Step 2: Delivery
Delivery is usually same-day or next-day. Our yard is on High Falls Road in Griffin, so local addresses are first on the route, and same-week delivery is standard across Spalding, Lamar, Butts, Pike, Henry, Monroe, and Fayette Counties. We set the can exactly where you want it and protect the concrete. If the dumpster sits on your own driveway or private property, you do not need a permit. A permit only comes into play if it has to sit on a public street.
Step 3: Load It
You can load construction and renovation debris, household junk and furniture, and yard waste. We cannot take hazardous waste such as asbestos, paint, chemicals, Freon appliances, batteries, or tires, and no liquids, flammables, or explosives. Step 4: Watch the Weight
Each size includes a weight allowance: 1 ton for the 13-yard, 2 tons for the 15-yard, and 3 tons for the 20-yard. Overage is $75 per ton, billed after the landfill weighs the load. The usual causes are wet yard waste, roofing shingles, and concrete mixed into a household load. If you think the load might be heavy, tell us when you book and we will suggest a size, or a separate can for the dense material.
Step 5: Need More Time?
Your rental window is 3 days on the standard package and 7 days on the extended one. Additional days are $20 per day. Call before your scheduled pickup and we will extend it.
Step 6: Pickup
We pick up at the end of your rental window and haul everything away. There are no hidden fees: the only extras are overweight loads, extra days, and sorting fees if prohibited or mixed materials are loaded. See the full price list for details.
